The “clinicZhan Mitrev” in reaction accuses the judge of unjust ruling

The “clinicZhan Mitrev” has issued a media communiqué in which it spoke about the judicial process.

The Criminal Court's reasoning that legal persons who are not in the interest of the clinic are completely unequipped. “IPSH Jean Mitrev Strumica” and “Manastir” cannot cover investments themselves and are covered by mother clinics in Skopje. The other legal subject “Pila Farm” is working on loans to settle the legal subject's requests “LABS”, which is also founded and linked to the Jean Mitrev Clinic.” ) It says in response.

Clinic Jean Mitrev announces public opinion that the day before the trial began, the Criminal Court has ruled on determining the proposed measures that envision the full deadlock of hospital accounts. We stress that the measures taken completely block the functioning of Jean Mitrev Hospital, which is a health organisation of public interest.

The Jean Mitrev clinic from today is unable to pay off obligations to banks. We want to inform the public that we will do everything in our power and that no patient's treatment will be questioned, even though the criminal court procedures that apply at the prosecution's request lead to another direction, which in fact requires our closure.

All we asked was to have a fair trial regarding the lies and falsehoods against our clinic while we received the “punishment” even before the trial itself began.

Just because these events were held, after seven months of synchronised and organised attack, we asked the public, but also by representatives of the international community in Macedonia, to take an interest and follow the judicial process.
Clearly, our appeals were in vain because just before the start of the trial, we are already witnessing a brutal vague blockade of the clinic Jean Mitrev.

Listed companies are founded and financed according to legal regulations in the country and are closely linked to the operation of the clinic. These companies employ large numbers of people, and their capital has doubled.
We stress that this verdict by the Criminal Court is contrary to the principles of presuming innocence and creates groundless pressure on the clinic Jean Mitrev.
