Bieber has written through a post on the social Twitter network that open questions about the European proposal are association and the position of non-recognition countries in the EU and NATO.
He further writes that the Serbian public is not deliberately prepared for an agreement.
The newly released agreement between Kosovo and Serbia contains no surprises. The main open questions are a) details about the Association of Serb majority municipalities and b) the position of non-recognition countries in the EU and NATO. 1/3”, writes Bieber.
“Other, the Serbian public is not deliberately prepared for an agreement. The danger is a) Vucinq makes a Djukanovic (he presents himself as the sole defender to keep the deal alive, or the extreme right takes over, which he has and will continue to cultivate). 2/3”
“b) a cool peace and without a final solution, Vuciq could continue without much change towards Kosovo, escalating tensions, creating a false crisis. 3/3” Transmitting Clancosova.tv.
