Only yesterday were six cases of domestic violence marked in Kosovo

Six cases of domestic violence have been reported over the last 24 hours in Kosovo.

Four of them according to police have happened only in the Pristina region.

Meanwhile, two others were reported in Ferizaj and Istog.

The sides have been interviewed and on the order of the prosecutor have been released, the case in the investigative procedure.

Istog 18.12.2023. The Kosovo male suspect has been arrested, who after a family disagreement has exerted physical violence on his wife, the Kosovo female victim, causing bodily injury. The victim has been offered medical assistance and then sent home, while after interviewing with the prosecutor's decision, the suspect has been sent to maintenance.

Ferizaj 19.12.2023. 11:00. The Kosovo male suspect (with health-psychic problems) has been arrested under suspicion that the same has been exercising physical violence against his parents, who are also afraid of the suspect. At the prosecutor's decision, the suspect (who was formerly in medical-psychiattric treatment) has been sent to maintenance.
