Tahiri has written in this regard that the ruling party, Vetevendosje, is afraid of “constitutionality and legitimacy therefore are panicking”.
Instead of holding the opposition's speeches, Vetevendosje must abandon the way of corrupt and harmful governance itself, the consequences of which we today are looking at with the inflation and poverty of citizens, and tomorrow we will see even more clearly with the massive flight of citizens from their ill-governance.” wrote Tahiri.
The Law on the Sovereign Fund was passed in the Assembly on 15 December. A day later, PDK Parliamentary Group chief Abelard Tahiri has warned that the PDK will submit the law for the Sovereign Fund to the Constitutional Court, pledging that they will engage in judicial arguments to bring it down, since, according to Tahiri, it is based in communist economies.
