Special Prosecutor (PS) has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, against defendants I.S., R.K. and N.F.
The Special Prosecutor reports that defendants I.S., R.K., in association with defendants D.S., V.R. and M.D. who are on the run, without authorization, have begun to cultivate the narcotic substance of the type of cannabis in improvised labs.
With this defendant I.S., R.K., co-initiates have carried out the criminal work of building hashish, cocaine bush, or cannabis plants from Article 272 about Article 275 paragraph 1.1 and 1.9 of KPR. Meanwhile, the defendant I.S. is also accused of criminal activity of retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons) by Article 366 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
The N.F. defendant is accused of committing a criminal offence, not warning of criminal acts or their perpetrators from Article 378 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.8 of KPRK.
