Removing arrest warrants for Radojic, Haxhiu on serious charges against Isufaj: This person tried to annex the North on September 24th.

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has reacted today after the statement by Chief Special Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj, who said today that arrest warrant Milan Radojici had been lifted, but was later returned. At a weekend media conference, Isufaj said he reveals the reasons for the public. Haxhiu said unless [...]
Haxhiu said that if this warrant had not been removed, Radojchiqit would then be unable to operate in the country's north, referring to the terrorist attack in Banjska, the responsibility Radojcik himself has claimed.
If his operation were not removed, it would be completely different or even impossible in the north of the country. When someone gets pulled off, the arrest is practically due to change for the better, but this year from this one who was removed, the arrest was organised attempted north on September 24th 2023 in the Zvecan Banisk. Does this chief prosecutor understand that this issue is national and social security and that there is not only Point?”, Haxhi wrote.
She said that justice would have to be independent and it is independent only in the inter-institution sense.
And not by chance do prejudices have the phrase "in the name of the people," because if each state institution is subject to the will of the people who serve it and where it gets legitimacy. Thus, justice is independent only when it truly conforms to the will of the people”.
Haxhiu said the risk from Serbia to the country's north and the violation of constitutional order towards Kosovo are not only a prosecutor's issues.
“The commitment Serbia has made for over 20 years of judicial and constitutional order in the country's north with top terrorist acts such as Milan Radojciq, the north, national security is not just a cold legal case of a prosecutor or chief prosecutor who, with the ease of the world, says only he knows the reasons for removing someone like Milan Radojciq's arrest. And point, as he puts it, ”.
The Republic of Kosovo does not belong to the Prosecutor, Haxhiu says, adding that “it is as if each institution should serve the Republic and the will of the people, or if there have been pressures from one of the policies then don't let it exercise its duty in a lack of courage because that's how it gets to the Republic”.
The people's version is clear: it wants justice and the extension of the rule of law, indiscriminately. For this will, generations and generations have been committed and sacrificed, thousands of others have given their lives, and there is no one in the world who ever comes out and tells us I've removed the Radojciqi and point of arrest. This doesn't pass!
