Police raid 8 locations in Leposavic, face six unregistered businesses, confiscated goods

Today in Leposaviq, Kosovo Police have raided eight locations, both in Soqanica, Kamen and Leshak.

Veton Elshani of northern Mitrovica Police said that of these businesses two have been registered and six unregistered.

“Doubt has been for smuggled merchandise with what case in the raid has also been summoned to the Anti-Kicontraband Business, Economic Crimes and Kosovo Tax Administration. There are no arrests, while property seizures have been managed by the Antichontraband Customs Unit”, Elshani said.

“we beg the northern citizens of Kosovo to register their businesses and not to put smuggled goods in circulation because the judicial consequences for them are huge to”, Elshani appealed.
