Until my mandate comes to an end, I am spending the last day of my work condemning brutal and relentless attacks during the last night of the Russian Federation. Last night's terrible attack of 100 rockets and countless fears targeted civilians, maternity departments, schools and hospitals”, Osmani wrote.
