KMDLNj: Justice Ministry without a correct attitude towards hostages the Special is holding

According to KMDLNj, the Special Court is holding them in The Hague as hostages, and this minister has no correct attitude towards them until it adds that she has even made differences on party grounds during visits.

”The human rights deficit of persons deprived of freedom being held as hostages in the JSR in The Hague (all Kosovo citizens and all Albanians), Ekaterina Trandafilova, was on a visit to Kosovo, as she claims: “to inform the public and civil society of the work of this Judge ...”. There were public and secret meetings, for the first was publicly declared, for the second, as the public was aware of”.

” in previous response KMDLNj announced the opinion that this human rights inquisitor had an illegal visit to the justice minister, without specifying who he met with. It's not really about who he met with or whose opinion he met, but it's important that this minister didn't inform the public about this meeting or what he talked about. Then, after the visit, there was a Dractice conviction against Salih Mustaf and a late release of Nasim Haradinja in the while Hysni Gucati had been released months ago, though the sentence was the same as the deed (set) for which they were sentenced, also with maximum sentences”.

Now, the minister of this ministry claims she had not met with the president of the Special Racist Court, but her deputy, without telling the name. The lack of transparency for this meeting, as well as accountability, fosters many allegations as previously publicly known that this ministry has no correct stance on the hostages being held in The Hague as though even during visits it has made differences on party bases. For drastic human rights violations against The Hague hostages by this tribunal, and by this chairman has never shown willingness and willingness to seek clarification, at least in the Kosovo Assembly, on the grounds that he does not want to intervene in justice (in normal situation this is in order), while on the other hand he has not left without comment or interference in the decisions of Kosovo courts, especially on party grounds or even for political purposes. ”MD and Kosovo institutions should ask for clarification as to how sensitive documents arose from this court, why there was no investigation to which the responsibility of all acts should be appointed, not that this simulated flow of abuse for arrest and punishment of Kosovo citizens so long ago that the RRS had responsibility to preserve these sensitive documents, and not that, in a different way or other way, is supplied with these material”.
