Five members of a family suspected of attempted murder in Gjilan, beat and wounded the forest guard

Gunshots were heard Sunday at noon in the village of Gadish in Gjilan, where a 33-year-old man was wounded after a verbal conflict with several people. The suspects are members of a family who were caught with the victim, who is a guard of the forest. Investigations into the case have already begun, while police have also conducted raids.

Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that the incident took place at the village cemetery, where initially the 33-year-old man who was wounded, who is a guard of the forest, had caught a minor with guns in his hand for what he had reacted.

His action, to warn the minor who, as a result of his age, has no right to hunt, so he had to leave, threw him into a fight with the Ajvazi family.

As the minor's family realized that the guard of the forest had photographed the child with guns in his hand, the same went to 33-year-old to settle down for what had happened.

Five members of the Ajvazi family are suspected of physically assaulting the victim, and then one of them has left behind in the use of a weapon leaving him wounded.

The denouncing of the case set police in motion as the victim was sent to the hospital to receive medical treatment as a result of his injuries.

On the other hand, a police unit has conducted raids on the Ajvazi family home, where several firearms and dozens of bullets were found, while other evidence has been seized at the scene.

The suspects have been escorted to the police station, where they were interviewed in the quality of the suspects, with cases denying the attack on the forest guard.

Regarding the case, the State Prosecutor has ordered the initialisation of the investigation into criminal acts “attempted murder”, “Taking revenge at” and “Cause of total risk”.
