The Constitutional Court has dismissed the Democratic Party parliamentary group MPs, who were demanding the abolition of the Special Court's decision to deploy to the security measure “submit” to Sali Berisha, without first obtaining the Parliament's authorisation.
Refounding MPs claimed that the move taken to Sali Berisha's presentation presentation on October 20th, for the relatives of the Partizan sports club's privatisation, is unconstitutional and has been taken without prior authorisation of the Parliament.
The Special Prosecutor on 12 December asked the Parliament to authorise Sali Berisha's arrest in the conditions when the former prime minister in the investigation for the club's near privatisation “Partizan” did not implement the court's move, that of the obligation to appear.
