Apel's decision on Cal, Haxhiu: The only thing we can do is cover the financial aspect

Former Kosovo Liberation Army Commander Salih Mustaf has been sentenced to prison in The Hague several days ago to 22 years from 26.

And in this regard at a media conference, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has spoken, saying this minister has minimal opportunities for any action.
