The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has come up with a response following citizens' complaints about high electricity bills this month.

From KMDLNJ they've called it the abnormal “ ” bills this month, until they asked the State Prosecutor to start urgently investigating.

The December mid-December <x0);Futures for most citizens distinguish much from those last month, are 100 and higher. In the meantime, no one has reported eventual electricity price increases, as well as temperatures have not been high to spend additional energy. At the same time, Serbs and other residents of Kosovo's north continue to pay their bills on the spent electricity as if they spent the current without any restrictions. Kosovo's government in the concrete case is implementing double standards favouring northern Serbs after paying them the electricity and punishing regular consumers with such large growth, and for that it has not reacted to”, it says in response.

FAT U n THREE JONORMAL JONORMAL, STAT PROCURORIA IT BE WISE TO URGENCY!

The December electricity bills for most citizens differ much from those last month, are 100 % and higher. In the meantime, no one has reported eventual electricity price increases, as well as temperatures have not been high to spend additional energy. At the same time, Serbs and other residents of Kosovo's north continue to pay their bills on the spent electricity as if they spent the current without any restrictions. The Kosovo government in the concrete case is implementing double standards favouring northern Serbs after paying them the electricity and punishing regular consumers with such large growth, and for that it has not reacted. KMDLNj has asked Kosovo citizens to make public this month's bills compared to those of the previous month, as well as to pose opposition to KEDs for those bills that are essentially stealing money from the budget, even too heavy on most families in Kosovo. In any normal country this classic theft through electricity bills would be a golden opportunity for the opposition to strongly object while in us there were only the diaspora reaction of MPs. For this legal robbery the deputies of the Kosovo Parliament have had to call extraordinary sessions, while Kosovo citizens had to react strongly through a civic activism against KEDS, KES/CO and ZRE . The bad news of all this is that ZRE, like Electric Energy Regulatory, has taken nothing to protect the interests of Kosovo citizens, but that it has always defended the interest of devouring companies like KEDS and KES/CO. In countries where a responsible policy is made and where MPs really represent the interests of their citizens/voters, the least that would happen would be the resignation or trigger of the relevant ministry, perhaps even the collapse of the government. Here, except for the revolt expressed on social networks, there is no firm and organized opposition to citizens and these thefts of citizens are being legalized. We are all witnesses that even in countries with a much more developed standards and economies like France, Germany, Italy, Hungary and so on. for much less expensive, multiday protests and citizens' confrontation with police have been offered until the state has pleaded guilty and broken into previous positions.

In Kosovo, except that the government discriminates against citizens on ethnic grounds, some paid the current for 23 years, while others penalise and also stole it, discrimination also takes place in paying other services such as water, garbage and sanitation, taxes on property, etc. And no one takes this phenomenon seriously. Kosovo citizens aren't enough to be notified and to know their rights, but those rights should protect them with all the allowed democratic means. Citizens are being manipulated by political subjects, as well as the profiteer and customer parts of civil society that are dimming protests or putting them in their service. By the time citizens are not aware that their rights should protect themselves, they will receive bills far more serious than those of December.

The Pristina municipality came up with a tip that with the change of regulation, “Pristina Parking“no longer will be able to condemn citizens as if citizens were free of payment for the first car. As for condemning the sentence turns out that “Pristina Parking“even in the future will punish citizens, now slightly softer by forcing them to pay 20 euros for the wrong parking or non-paid, even if you're parked just one or two hours. KMDLNey thinks that “Pristina Parking“should put cameras in all spaces that manage them correctly where it will know how many hours the parked car has stayed in an irregular manner. The citizen has to pay for as many hours as he has parked irregularly and eventually to pay a maximum sentence of 30% of the unpaid sum.

Citizens of Pristina have informed The KMDLNA is only valid for non-commercial areas such as peripheral neighborhoods already for large-species B Street and C neighbourhoods, Vicianum and other car parking areas are not implemented under new regulations. This fact the Pristina municipality has not announced to the citizens of Pristina, so it is turning out that the new regulation does not offer many privileges to citizens of the capital.
