Rohde: The sooner Kosovo establishes association the better

He said that even Prime Minister Kurti himself is saying that the latest proposal the Western emissary brought in is carefully written for the Constitution.
<x) And, the prime minister has publicly stated that this latest proposal, presented by the EU, is written carefully under the Kosovo Constitution, and I am 100 percent sure that we are not doing anything contrary to the Constitution of Kosovo”.
Rohde said Kosovo is an independent state and that they are fully supporting it.
He [the association] must be created. The sooner the better. And then we can take a major step forward in the normalisation process with Serbia”, he said before reporters.
Rohde also spoke of NATO's role in Kosovo following yesterday's visit to Alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, saying NATO is here to support stability in Kosovo and that nothing has changed.
