The president of the Republic of Kosovo, at the invitation of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, has travelled to Tirana, where she will attend Summit III for Diaspore.

President Osmani will address those present with a speech.
Summit III for Diaspora will hold the works on 22-23 November.
