Chairman The PSD, Dardan Moliqaj, claims former KLA leaders, who are being tried at The Hague, are isolated and are not being allowed to stay with each other.
He, on RTV Dukagjin's “Five” show, said this is an attempt by the Special Court to break and subdue.
Moliqaj reiterated that KLA leaders no longer have the opportunity to communicate among themselves.
There is an increase in the persecution of UCK leaders. The more injustice increases and persecution increases. From what was made public, I was very much threatened, in the end it turned out that they were gathered, spoke and played music, which is normal. The feeling gives me that it's a tendency to break that I don't believe will happen. The information I have, although not confirmed, seems to be correct. They probably isolated them, they don't have access to each other, they've been in prison free, all day long,”, he said.
I have information about them directly, not 100%, but it's creditable information. It is not a word that has only stopped communication with others, but also, among itself, ”, he followed.
Moliqaj said that the Special Court is violating fundamental rights to former KLA officials, and that according to him, the Kosovo state would have to seek more responsibility.
This is going to be an alarm. The state would have to ask for a plea, there is silence even from opposition parties, except for some MPs. The situation is alarming”, he said.
Moliqaj said the Special Court shares in Kosovo are being done to intimidate citizens. The seizures they're making, according to him, are illegal.
