Faton Klinaku, the task leader of the War Veterans Organisation, has called on the Special Prosecutor at the Special Court to publish talks with his fellow fighters, who are being held at The Hague if they have only been tapped.
If the ZPS has been spying on me when I've been visiting 8 fighters in The Hague, it's good to have it published, because only for reality we've spoken to”, Klinaku wrote on Facebook Friday.
His reaction comes a day after the Court decided to prohibit contacts from three indictees -- Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin and Rexhep Selimi -- given the prosecution's request that the three indictees have violated court orders, revealing the identity of protected witnesses or disseminating the contents of confidential testimony for those visiting them.
The SPS has claimed that they have so far used visits to deliver messages to witnesses and their family.
The prosecution has also published transcripts that, according to her, are among the conversations with others Thaci, Veselin and Selimi have fulfilled.
Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi, Peter Shala in custody are being held in The Hague, while convicted Nasim Haradinaj, Hysni Gucati and Sali Mustafa.
