Initial session of Urim Hysen, charged with killing his mother, shuts down for media

Initial hearings at the Foundation Court in Pec against those accused of his mother's macabre murder, Urim Hyseni.

The hearing at the defendant's request has been closed to the public.

Initially, only journalists have been allowed with the request for no photography and recording, while after hearings have begun, the defendant's defence has demanded that the trial be closed to the public and the media.

Request has been approved by the court.

Otherwise, a month ago the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has filed charges against Urim Hysen, accused of killing his mother on April 14th this year.

According to the indictment, defendant W. H, dated April 14, 2023, in the city of Pec, has deprived of life, his mother, the victim H.H., on suspicion that the critical day in the circumstances of reducing mental responsibility on an essential scale, the victim has caused over 20 wounds in various parts of the body, robbing him of his sense of life.

With these actions according to the prosecution, there is good-based doubt that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act described as high.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of standing up that the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendant plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts that are placed on him.

The suspect has lived for about five years in the state of Germany and had come temporarily to his family to visit where he was expected to return.
