Former Kosovo chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia in Brussels, Edita Tahiri, has said that Prime Minister Albin Kurti and his deputy, Besnik Bislimi, through the draft association status, have granted autonomy to Kosovo's Serb minority.

The “Document is very dangerous, with elements that it actually has made Republika Srpska in Kosovo”, Tahiri said at RTV Dukajini.

Tahiri has said that Resolution 1244 turns Kosovo back, and that the same gives UNMIK sovereignty.

The first resolution 1244 turns Kosovo back, gives UNMIK sovereignty, while our state that declared independence in 2008 has no sovereignty because it was established again UNMIK. The second problem is that, along with the Association, this government, with Bisimi and Kurti, granted autonomy to the Kosovo Serb minority”, Tahiri has said.

According to the former chief negotiator, this was done with “formula” of self-management.

“Ve-management as a formulation for governance is defined in the Council of Europe's Charter for local government and very clearly on the charter, it is said that self-mnegime is the self-government of the group or the particular minority, which has reference to public or state property in the state where it operates within the legal framework that exists. And that autonomy is at risk for Serbs to have powers over Trepca, Weiman. That's why these are the elements of Republika Srpska and the last element, the association has ready the foreign minister...”, she said.

Kosovo's former chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia in Brussels has said that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's approach, keeping the process of dialogue with Serbia secret, has brought Kosovo into serious condition.

She has stressed that this results from some prayer by Kurt himself, which, according to her, the same wants to buy out time to build <x0-manipulation “=x1>.

She has said that if the document was released immediately, then, according to her, it would be a “ok” for LVV voters.
