The arrest of eight customs officials and a police official for bribery, the Special Prosecutor gives details of what has been seized

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has indicated that in full co-operation and co-ordination with Kosovo Customs, and relevan mechanisms, an action for control at 11 locations has been developed, which is supported by Kosovo Police.
The Special Prosecutor reports that the raid has been conducted in order to collect the evidence and ban nine officials suspected of criminal acts such as using official position or authority and taking bribes”.
According to the announcement, the allegations are based on a long investigation led by the Special Prosecutor and implemented by Kosovo Customs and the Police Inspectorate, since a police official has been involved under investigation.
During this action, evidence has been collected supporting the suspicion that these nine officials -- eight of whom are Customs officials and a police official from the border police -- have been involved in the works they are suspected of.

Twenty official Kosovo Customs diplomacy
Ten phones along with four sim card
A 9mm calibre pistol with three clips and 9 rounds, with permission
Sixteen pieces of non-official ammunition.
