He failed to enter the race to rival Lumir Abdjik, as the same was not a delegate to the 10th LDK Assembly, and according to the LDK statute, Bislim is not allowed to run for chairman.
The candidacy should only take place during the work in the Assembly and then the Assembly chooses the running commission.
