The defendants, “during the year 2021, in co-operation at two different locations in Motel in the village of Domorovc, the Raniluk municipality and the coffeemaker in the village of Dobercan, the Gjilan municipality, have trafficked for the purposes of sexual exploitation damaged A. H. From the Istog Community, given its serious economic-Social state, in order to provide the same sex services to various persons”, the court reports.
With these actions, the court estimates that the defendants have committed criminal trafficking work with people, acting and sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
“The justice body from the Ra's Department of Crimes has pronounced a conviction case against the two accused, imposing prison sentences of three years and a 300-euro fine, for each apart from”, the statement said.
Disgruntled parties have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
