According to the first promotion information in Zuhres and Novy Svi, there are injuries.
Two people could remain trapped in the ruins of the Stabbbbbs power plant in Novy Svi, TASS reported.
Citing officials, the agency said the attack was carried out using a multiple missile system.
Ukraine almost never publicly assumes responsibility for attacks within Russia or on Russia's territory controlled by Russia in Ukraine.
