In a direct link from SPAK's environments, ABC News journalist Ermal Vina has indicated that Shkelzen Berisha has been submitted only without any lawyer's presence.
He has been summoned for questioning by Gerdec's prosecutor, Klodian Braho.

While on January 10th, former Defence Minister Fatmir Mediu was charged by the SPAK with abuse of duty in the Gerdec tragedy, where 26 people were killed on March 15th 2008, and many others were injured after an explosion at a weapons demonstration plant.
