According to Ptrusev, the American presence in Afghanistan was not turned into a war against terrorism, but in the creation of multimillion-million-euro corruption schemes and multiple drug production increases.
The claims that Ukraine was preparing for the attack are extremely strange, as it was Russia that launched a full invasion on February 24, 2022, and tried to overthrow Ukraine's legitimate government.
The United States of America completed their troop withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021.
