The opposition criticises the government: It will be remembered for crisis creation and for failure

Opposition parties in Kosovo consider the Government of Kosovo incompetent and not competent. According to them, the executive failed completely during 2022, offering no solution to citizens in the economic and energy crisis but also producing new crises. On the other hand, executives say 2022 was a year of achievement, but challenges as well.

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Rashit Qalaj says of KosovoPress, that the Kosovo government has done no positive work during 2022.

“We have faced numerous problems dealing with the great crisis that has engulfed our country and affected all layers. We've had problems and we're having problems with energy, the prices that are rising indefinitely. We've had a degradation of the population's economic situation. Today, Kosovo citizens are much poorer than they were a year ago. If he mentioned these things, we have a government that has made no reaction, interventions that may at all be softened. I think the Kosovo government has done no positive work this year. Even in my dreams, I couldn't foresee such a weak, non-compliable government in relation to the mandate they are exercising”, he says.

The strongest criticism of the work of the Kosovo government addresses AAK deputy Paul Lekaj.

There was no decision that went in favour of citizens, whether economic development, whether the energy crisis, or the crisis in the north that is essential for a state. This government will be remembered for this year only for at-hoc stays and crisis creation. Even the seizures he created did not solve them properly. We're taking the energy crisis, there's been some improvement or alternative. Over six times the Parliament has declared an emergency crisis, and this direction has remained where it was. And in terms of economic development, we have slowdown, foreign investment, no employment, even though they promote it to 400,000 employees who are a government fraud Kurti. Meanwhile, political analyst Gazmir Racy says the Kosovo government during 2022 has faced more challenges as a result of the influence of war in Ukraine.

There are some challenges we have faced as Kosovo this year.
