The transfer of over 1m 470 thousand euros to Martin Berishaj's account by an office company in Belgrade, the GEN firm, has shocked Kosovo's opinion.
Powermen for months have been struggling for Ambassador Berishaaj to remove Belgrade from the scope of his millions of sins.
They did this by claiming that “G EN Belgrade” is just a branch of “G EN Slovenia” and, therefore, Berishaaj is not directly involved in markets with Belgrade.
“I only soiled with Slovenians”, it is the creation that authorities have tried to push forward.
However, this government strategy seems destined to fail. Martin Berishaaj has other involvement with Belgrade.
His ties include a Kosovo controversial businessman who is involved in business reports with prominent Serbian politicians. It's about Tapi Sadij, who has also mentioned his acquaintance with Russian businessmen at their meetings.
Berishaaj does not have only social proximity to him. But, same as from “G EN Belgrade”, Ambassador Berishaaj has accepted money in his account from this controversial businessman.
Details of Sadija-Bishaj transactions
Taip Sadikuj, the prominent Kosovo businessman to run Savija Skupina, had transferred 360,000 euros to the MB Consulting account, and now Ambassador Martin Berisha, reports Insander.
The money had been transferred from the accounts of the company Savinja Skupina, the Kosovo branch, which, according to public data at the Business Record Agency, had been registered just a month before 36 thousand euros were transferred towards MB Consulting.
In the bank documents owned by the Inseder newspaper, there is no detailed description of what Sadiki has transferred this money to Berisha.
Entrepreneurs from Dragashi, Sadijaj has been asked about the reasons for the transfer of 36 thousand euros to Berisha's business, but the same has not returned so far.
The answer has not returned even when he was asked about his ties with the Kosovo ambassador to Zagreb.
Taip Sadij connection with Serbian businessmen, politicians
In 2018, the Serbian portal “Alo” had published a text whitewashing Taip Sadiki's ties with Serbian businessmen.
In the article published on May 21st, it was about a meeting Sadiki had held with former NBS Governor Mladjan Dinkic and SPS honourary Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
Sadikuj had met with two Serbian entrepreneurs Dinkic and Mrkonjic to contract around the construction of shopping centres in Kosovo by Russian investors, according to “Alo”.
During the talks, as reported in the Serbian newspaper, they also mention some Russian businessmen.
Always according to the Serbian newspaper Dinkic, who also had the role of member of the board of directors at the Russian bank “Sber Bank” had expressed interest in co-operation with businessman Sadiki, but he had expressed fears of the reaction they will face in the powerful Albanian families holding malls in Kosovo.
Sadijaj had invited Dinkiqi to Kosovo to see for himself and meet with Albanian businessmen, as the Serbian newspaper said.
In addition to building shopping centres in Kosovo, housing construction projects in Slovenia were part of the discussion, where Sadij also operates with his businesses.
At this point, businessman Sadij had even mentioned close political ties, and not only does Kosovo have with Slovenia.
He even stressed that he received help from Slovenian secret services.
