According to Kurtt on August 18th of 2022, it has been agreed in Brussels that meetings with the Serbian president should be held every month, however, the same did not happen after the Franco-German proposal.
With the 18th of August last year, we agreed in Brussels that we will meet each month. In September that did not happen, but in September came the Franco-German proposal we call the EU proposal supported by France and Germany, and there was no meeting until November 21st. I believe we should have more frequent meetings because even disagreement is big and trust is low. But I don't know exactly why that happened. However, I am hoping that this year there will be a greater commitment of the EU and the US to make more pressure on Belgrade, to have more commitment and plans for the Balkans”, Kurti told Rtk, Periscopi forward.
We remember that Prime Minister Kurti long ago claimed he would not meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, without apologizing for Serbia's war victims committed in Kosovo.
