He says he knows what the response of Spain and Cyprus will be, but says the top three states expect Kurti and Vuciq to shake hands for the agreement and then recognise the Republic of Kosovo.
“We do not know how Spain and Cyprus will react, but these three states (Slovakia, Greece and Romania) expect Kurti and Vuciq to shake hands and they will recognise Kosovo”, Mijaciq has said.
