Murati will be interviewed by the Commission's member deputies regarding the decision to raise the value of property tax bills.
The meeting is expected to begin at 1:30 in the Kosovo Assembly.
Otherwise, according to the MPT, increasing property ratings in the market has automatically increased the payment of property taxes for Kosovo citizens.
The EPPT's property assessment, under the Law, takes place every three or five years. The last assessment the ministry made last year, while its implementation in property tax has started in January of this year.
Based on the Law on Real Property Tax, which has been changed, completed, and approved in 2018, the Finance Ministry manages property tax records on property records, operates and maintains property tax records, publishes property tax information, perform property assessment, and releases certificates of value.
