Kosovo Police, respectively, police units from the Regional Directorate of Border Police- East have identified and arrested a person suspected of smuggling with goods/ Onion.
By 27.01.23, about 2: 00 p.m., Kosovo Police in the continuation of activities for prevention and combating illegal phenomena and smuggling at border points have made the intensifying of tactical and operational activities on the ground, with the result of the DPS-RPS-Bunde of the Kosovo male prime suspect J. C, has been caught in the flaggard by smuggling three cattle (two cows and a calf).
The cattle were allegedly introduced through mountain illegal routes from Northern Macedonia territory on the RKS territory, and were without micrics and relevant documentation.
All actions necessary for further treatment under procedures have been undertaken, with which AWV inspectors reportedly, as well as competent prosecutor with instructions whose alleged person has been released in regular procedure, while confiscated animals surrender to Kosovo Customs.
