Kosovo Customs Director General Agron Llugaliu has introduced Customs's achievements during the year 2022.
He said that during 2022 Kosovo customs has had increased revenues and Turkey is the country that Kosovo has the largest import, adding that import from Serbia has reached the value of 370m euros.
Income performance depends on many factors, of course inflation. Turkey is obviously the country we import the most. As far as imports from Serbia were concerned we had 370m euros”, he said.
He added that during 2022 Customs has collected 1 billion of 531m euros, imports have reached the value of over 5 billion euros and exports over 869m euros.
During this year we've had 11 thousand and 157 activities, with the selection of goods we have 11.3m euros, the decisions on running with 4.5m euros. The discovery of prohibited goods during 2022 by customs officials has been discovered at 83.6kg of heroin.
