Kosovo Pensioners Association Chairman Nijazi Gashi has been talking about the issue.
He says power has done nothing for pensioners.
Gashi has given a reason why this bypass by the government is taking place.

Some 200,000 pensioners are counted in Kosovo, while 150,000 of them are estimated to receive retirement only 100 euros.
