Kosovo's National Institute of Public Health has announced that as a result of flows into several water fields of drink is not within the pre-priced standards.
IK The KPS has recommended consumers of areas that are mentioned below, so that water before it can be used as a safety measure.
Total Posting of IKHPKE:
The current situation with drinking water in flooded settlements
Exactly, as a result of increased rainfall in recent days, massive flows from the field areas and the discharge of irrigation waters have been observed in most water resources as a result.
Added Value of Trouble, More Than 100 NT, has been registered in some sources and there are difficulties in water treatment in areas:
CRU “Pristina Pristina”-Pristina region: factory in Shkabaij and factory in Drenas.
CRU “Mitrovica”- Mitrovica region: fabirka in Shipoli-Mitrovice and factory in Balice-Nushtriza
CRU “
CRU “Gjakove”- Gjakova region: source in Demjan and Gerqia.
CRU “Bifurcacion”- Ferizaj region: factory in Plesina and the Kacanik system
In the samples collected up to this day from the falling-added regions, physical-chemical lab analysis results in high value of turbulence that exceeds standard standards.
The samples for bacterological testing so far result within pre-standard standards.
Water in distribution networks from these systems because of increased values of turmoil is not within the pre-standard.
Consumers are recommended that water before use be deemed a mass of bacterological security applicable in more turbulent situations added to resources.
Our field teams continue with regular monitoring.
We are in constant contact and co-operation with personnel in charge of the CRU until full stabilisation of the situation.
