A 36-year-old man was arrested in Rahovec, found two rifles, one 130 bullets gun in the house

A 36-year-old has been arrested Monday in Rahovec, as two machine guns and 130 bullets were found in his house in the village of Drena.

After a preliminary investigation conducted by the Investigation Unit under the Rahovec Police Station, in connection with information admitted that Mr. M., born in 1987, citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, owned weapons unauthorizedly, with the date 30.01.2023 in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor and in the implementation of the court's issued warrant of control, has been conducted in his residence in the village of Denin-Rahovec. During the search on the suspect's possession, they have been found and seized: A semi-automatic rifle, an automatic rifle, a machine gun, as well as 130 pieces of bullets of various kinds and 26 shelling”, reportedly in the police report.

After the interview, with the state prosecutor's decision, the suspect has been sent to the detention for 48 hours and the case “has been initiated against him. Cause of total risk” and “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
