According to them, Kosovo did not forward the Environmental Influence Rating Act (ECS-5/22), according to random files, while Serbia did not transpose the League Codes. Meanwhile, they say that Northern Macedonia failed to include REMIT Entrance in its legal framework,

The secretariat has said it has launched procedures for resolving disputes against the three contracting parties by applying to the Ministerial Council, from which the council has asked for a decision on these three sides, which it claims have not met their obligations.

They say Kosovo has failed to adopt the latest set of amendments to the Environmental Influence Rating.

The contracting parties have been forced to make these transplants by January 1st of this year.
