Pacolli for Open Balkans: I want to see Kosovo in a club with Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro

Pacolli has said I will also see Kosovo in a club with Albania, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro. Pacolli has declared that Kosovo cannot hesitate and prejudge the path of Euro-Atlantic integration, supported by the US.

“Today in Ohrid and Montenegro became part of the Open Balkans, while Bosnia was also there in the quality of observers. He has said the isolation most needs Kosovo.
