Rosatom's statement said that with the help of Russian specialists, power supplies have been regulated at the dismantled Chernobyl plant.
At this plant, the world's worst nuclear accident occurred in 1986.
Russian authorities also said that activities to ensure security at Ukrainian nuclear plants are being undertaken in co-ordination with the International Nuclear Energy Agency.
Ukraine has warned of the risk of radiation leaks at Chernobyl, unless the power supply was restored, which was damaged during combat with Russian forces.
On Friday, Ukraine's state-owned nuclear power company, Energoatom, said the staff in Zapor kept the largest nuclear power plant in Europe was under intense psychological pressure from the Russian presence at the plant.
