Haradinaj: Putin has lost the war, like Milosevic, and he is killing civilians

Former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has compared Ukrainian President Vladimir Putin to Slobodan Milosevic. He says civilians are being killed.

We feel that what Putin does is similar to what Milosevic has done, that is, attack on civilian settlements, on an entire people. Killing civilians, killing everyone is something we have seen in Kosovo”, Haradinaj said in Pressing.
