Special Prosecution has filed charges against 15 people in case “Subventions II”

Through a communique, defendants as officials at the Agriculture Development Agency have reportedly benefited subsidies illegally.

Pristina, December 22nd 2022 The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, against the 15th (15) accused in the “case. Subventions II”

The Special Prosecutor reports that the indictment has been filed against the defendants as official persons at the Agency for Agriculture Development and beneficiary of subsidies illegally due to alleged allegations given that they committed various criminal acts.

Defendants L.S and B. M, suspected of criminal acts taking bribes from Article 421 over Article 31 in co-ordination and Article 77 criminal acts under way of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

Defendant S. S. and B. The N, suspected of criminal activity, the use of official position or authority, was suspected by Article 14 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

Defendant G. M, R.Z., A. M, D.D., D.D., R.Z., H.M., S.B., H. M, P. K, suspected of criminal acts of bribery by Article 422 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

Defendant B. B, suspected of criminal activity, influence from Article 424 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

Meanwhile, defendants G. M, R.Z., A. M, D.D., R.Z., H.M. are suspected of criminal acts of subsidies from Article 324 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
