The pregnant woman's case where she was killed by her ex-husband in the QKUK court shocked the whole country last night. The suspect in the murder, Sokol Halili, has not yet fallen into the hands of the Kosovo Police. What makes this macabre murder more tragic is how justice organs failed to prevent it [...]
All these claims were denied by suspect Sokol Halili.
Following these statements at the end of July of this year, the home of suspect Sokol Halili was raided. During the search, he was found with two weapons, an expired hunting rifle and a gas pistol. After being interviewed about these confiscated weapons, the suspect at the order of prosecutor Rasim Maloku was released in regular procedure.
But who's Rasim Maloku?
The Prosecution Prosecutor in Ferizaj, Rasim Maloku, has become a key figure of Kosovo justice. All this after the investigation, arrests of mass seizures in the Brezovica case, which is being assessed as one of the largest in post-war history.

Maloku-led Brezovica case has been compared by VV militants to the famous Italian prosecutor Giovanni Falcone one of the world's most famous prosecutors who dedicated his professional life to chasing the Italian mafia in Sicily. He was killed by the Italian mafia in 1992.
We remember that Prime Minister Albin Kurti, while in the campaign seeking votes for power, had declared that justice requires a courageous prosecutor like Giovanni Falconne.
When Rasim Maloku was the name of the Brezovica Action Prosecutor, he was viewed with admiration and as the name of the man who had been calling Kurti a Giovanni Falconne.
But since Prime Minister Kurti now demanded the resignation of the entire chain, as he called it irresponsible in Wednesday night's tragic case, will the resignation affect Kosovo Falconne? /Periscope.
