It has criticised representatives of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, since the same have boycotted the Council for Democracy and Human Rights meeting after the latest cases of women's murders, called by it.
“despite confirmation, they have not come. It is a boycott of the state and the fundamental rights and freedoms of our country. As ethical as it is to boycott a meeting of our state, let them do so themselves. As president, I find it extremely disturbing. This meeting was intended for each of us to join forces. And not to show resentment toward each other and zero sensitivity”, she said.
Osmani has added that the purpose of this meeting is for each institution to see where mistakes are made and to improve concrete actions.
This meeting is remarkable that Hamide Magashi and her child are not among us. Today, even Safee Goden is not among us. What burdens this pain is that along with Hamide Magashi we lost a new life that failed to come to this world”, Osman added.
In view of this meeting of the Council for Democracy and Human Rights, which comes after the recent cases of women's murders, the leaders of Kosovo institutions and representatives of civil society have participated. /Kosovo pres/
