Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, after meeting with representatives of Serbs from Kosovo, said the removal of the barricades would start Thursday morning.
The “for 24 hours or 48 hours will be removed barricades”, he said.
He said in advance, that guarantees have been provided that their demands for removing the barricades will be met.
Vuciq, on the evening of December 28th at the Serbian Army barracks in Raska, near the Kosovo border, began talks with representatives of Serbs from Kosovo for the removal of barricades.

The arrest of the former Serb police, in which Kosovo suspects that they have attacked members of the Central Election Commission, has been the reason for the barricades Serb representatives in northern Kosovo have been holding since December 10th.
