KOHA has secured the decision under which the execution of November 23rd verdict is reportedly postponed until the merit conclusion of this issue in the administrative conflict.
The decision has been made following the indictment for provisional measures the Prosecutorial Council has made on behalf of judges and prosecutors.
On November 23rd, the Kosovo government has decided to reduce salaries for judges and prosecutors.
800 euros is the value of lowering salaries to most judges and prosecutors in the country, after the Kosovo government decided Wednesday that salaries in the justice system would return as if ahead of the Haradinaj government's decision, which in 2017 had increased by almost double.
By Haradinaj's decision, his salary had doubled and other senior government officials had increased. The decision automatically affected wages in justice. The salaries of judges and prosecutors in the general department had become 1700 euros net from more than 900 to 2017.
