German Ambassador: I agree with Hovenier, elections in the north should be postponed

German Ambassador to Kosovo Jorn Rohde agrees with American counterpart Jeffrey Houvenier for delaying elections in northern municipalities.

Rohde says it is evident that with the current situation, it is not appropriate to hold elections now.
