But, Express newspaper from her sources has learned that President Osmani has sent invitations to leaders of parliamentary political parties to meet today at 14:30.
The security situation in the north will be discussed at this meeting and the obstacles that have been presented to ensure a secure election process in the four northern municipalities.
Also, yesterday it was a priority to hold one between her and the Central Election Commission, which was expected to make recommendations to President Osmani, but this did not happen.
After the incidents in the north, the US has said there are no conditions for holding elections and that they should be postponed. That sentiment has also been attached to German Ambassador to Kosovo Jorn Rohde, who said elections should be postponed.
