According to him, conditioning the work experience of 15 years to enjoy retirement is Jeological, harmful and discriminated against workers who had been removed violently and illegally from then state institutions of power.
He has added that the proposal AAK has initiated, envisions contributing pensions to all pensioners enjoying depending on the years they have worked on.
The request was about fulfilling the Law No. 04/L-131, about the State-financed Pension schemes, or specifically, Article 2 of this law. We seek the removal of this discriminating article in this law, which envisions that every person has at least 15 years of work experience before 01. 01. 1999 in order to benefit contributing pension”.
With the proposal that we have initiated, it is envisioned that contributing pensions all pensioners enjoy depending on the years they worked before January 1, 1999. Our request is to remove this national, harmful and discriminatory conditioning for workers who in the 1990s had been violently and illegally removed from then state institutions of power”, Dresaj concluded.
