PRISTINA HINA The Kosovar Privatisation Agency has opened the public declaration for renting attractive assets in many Kosovo municipalities. A total of 196 properties will be rented as follows: in the Pristina region 36 assets, in the Pec region 89 assets, in the Prizrenit59 asset region, in the Mitrovica region, 4 assets are rented, and 8 assets will be rented in the Gjilan region. This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to develop their businesses in assets that are declared for rent by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency.
In the Pristina region, there are extremely attractive assets, of which 18 assets are spaces at the Grand Hotel in downtown Pristina, such as restaurants and Taverna, office space, commercial space above 400m2, etc. It also included warehouses and administrative facilities in downtown Pristina and Gracanica, as well as a warehouse of oil derivatives in Ferizaj. Several agricultural parcels in cadastralavica, Gracanica, Llaplasella, Banula and Bardosh are also offered for rent in the Pristina suburb.
Spaces for offices, shops, administrative buildings and agricultural parcels, ranging from 7 gold to over 7 hectares in the municipalities of Decani, Kline, Istog, Peja and Gjakova, are offered by rent in the Pec region.
In the municipality region of Prizren, there are a greater number of properties offered for rent, namely, in Suhareka municipalities, Rahovec and Malisheva are provided agricultural land with up to nine hectares, while local shops, warehouses and business offices are offered.
In the municipality of Gjilan, in Ferizaj, Gjilan, Klokot, Vit and Kamnica region, two assets are rented from which two assets are agricultural land of approximately 4 and 8 hectares, as well as land, objects, warehouses and parts of administrative facilities. Also, in the Mitrovica region, agricultural land rents are offered in the municipality of Vushtrria, ranging from 37 gold to over 4 hectares.
Delivering and opening bids and publishing prices for bids to those properties is held on January 04th 2023, at the AKP's respective regional offices: Pristina, Gjilan, Peja, Mitrovica and Prizren, from 10:00 to 12:00 in closed envelopes for each separate entity, while envelopes will open 15 minutes after the surrender, namely 12:15. Offers via fax or email will not be accepted. Offers are made individually for each separate entity and with closed envelopes (an envelope offering for a unit) and are submitted to the Regional Respects Office, as noted in the statement.
For delivery of the offer, the Formular should be used for delivery of the Oferta, which can be taken to the Regional Office of Respect or the AKP Central Office, as stated in the statement, or downloaded from the link www.pak-x.org/page.assx?id=1,35.
The criteria for selecting the winning bidder of the respective units will be the highest price offered.
