This was made known by Etoão himself, via a post in his official account at “Titter”.
Among other things, 40-year-old has said that he has made this decision out of love for Cameroon and passion for Cameruna football.
The elections in the Association of Football in Cameroon will be held on December 11th.
By contrast, Samuel Etoão had been declared four times the best player in Africa.
Barcelona and Inter's former striker is also the best goal scorer in the history of the National of Cameroon, with 56 goals at 118 matches.
