12 heavy thefts, over eight years in prison, 2,200 euros in fines for accused

The court has convicted the defendant J.B. and pronounced the unique prison sentence in the course of five years and fined sentences in many of a thousand euros; defendant A.H. he found it guilty and pronounced a unique prison sentence of a year and thirty days and fined it to many of the four hundred euros; defendant C.L. He was sentenced to prison terms of one year and thirty days, and fined sentences of many four hundred euros; and defendant A.L. with jail terms of a year and fined sentences of up to two hundred euros.

The defendants are charged that during 2020, 2021, in progress and co-ordination, they committed twelve serious thefts, respectively, defendants in different countries and times mainly at home, local and ordance, following preliminary agreements between them, with the aim of benefiting the illegal rich benefits of self-profiting wealth, using force, and eliminating obstacles, have managed to steal a TV “Samsung”, cigarettes worth three hundred euros and sixty euros in metal money; thirty telephones of different brands worth of two thousand euros; a black bag of no value determined by injury, a pair of clothes (trenerka) and gold ornaments worth a hundred euros; a lot of metal money worth of 40-50 euros; a lot of metal money worth of 1015 euros; a metal class of metal worth worth worth of fifty euros; a glass in which two hundred Euros have been placed; a large amount of cigarettes; and a new amount of metal where they have placed eighty-five-five-five-dollar amounts of oil worth of milk; one hundred euros worth of copper; one hundred euros's worth of silver; and one amount of extra two hundred euros; and two-five-five-five-five-five times worth; one-five-five-five-five-five-five-five-five-five.

Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written act of judgment.
